The Larder is a classic community butcher shop, deli, and local grocer, specializing in house-made- and artisanal products, and fresh provisions made with ingredients from our farms in West Tisbury. We embrace the nose-to-tail and farm-to-table philosophy and aim to minimize food waste, by using all edible parts of the animal and our crops, to create a wonderful pantry of house-made and preserved items, such as stocks, broths, condiments, sauces, canned, pickled, and fermented vegetables, and fruits. We are dedicated to sustainable living, one bite at a time!
